If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of recieving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Be returned in the same condition as received
Returns cannot be accepted for products that were damaged due to improper use, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
Return Scenarios
1. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@lumicasa.eu within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
2. Damaged Item on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- the damaged product
- the packaging
In this case, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
3. Change of Mind
If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind:
- the item must be unused and in its original packaging
- return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@lumicasa.eu and include:
- your order number
- the reason for the return
Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer for change-of-mind returns
- Return shipping costs are covered by LumiCasa if the item is damaged or incorrect
