Refund policy

At LumiCasa, we want you to love every product you purchase from us.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 15 days of recieving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
• Be returned in the same condition as received

Returns cannot be accepted for products that were damaged due to improper use, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

 Refund Process

Please, report shipping-damaged or incorrect items as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, so we can help quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To request a return, email info@lumicasa.eu with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address in the country of warehouse. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. We cover return shipping for shipping-damaged or incorrect items.

We issue refunds to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after receiving and checking the return, subject to applicable statutory refund deadlines. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
